Sex Health - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW...

As a full blooded sons of Adam, you may probably know plenty about sex. Unfortunately--and I am not judging anybody here--you're probably misinformed about some of the things you think you know so well. Faulty information about sex is everywhere: on the streets, in the bedrooms, on your local bus station, in your kitchen, libraries? nyyyaaahh!!! name it and you've got it. So, before you get into big trouble about that small thingy between your legs, you better start educating yourself about a thing so vital for each one of us SEX HEALTH. Immediately, start making yourself aware of the common myths we believe about sex and replace them with the real deal.

Just like this one very common myth most of us probably believe. All you single guys out there, handle this; Bachelors are believed to have the most sex.
Hmmmmm... you bet!(not that Iam doing this coz I'm married already)But,The fantasy of single guys going out of the town and getting laid every night remains to be--a fantasy. In fact, according to statistics, the people having the most sex are monogamous couples. The majority of married men were reported to be engaging in sex two or three times a week or at least several times a month, while fewer than half of the single guys were getting it that regularly.

So, whats the big fuss? Single guys, stop worrying. Pathetic. While nobody recommends getting hitched just so you can have more nooky, neither should you avoid wedlock because you've heard it will be the end of your most precious and cherished sex life. And married guys,(ehem... that would be including me...) stop gloating--you still have to take the garbage out afterward.

Now this one will have to be for everybody. And I mean EVERYBODY. Male, Female, Gays and Lesbians practically of all ages. Good sexual health is easy to take for granted, but issues like erectile dysfunction, the inability to orgasm, and other sexual disorders affecting the mother and even to the baby inside mom's tummy- these are common issues but nonetheless are so sensitive.Proper and appropriate education about these concerns is not just a necessity but is very beneficial for everyone.

Sex.healthguru.com is a very useful site practically made to answer practical questions concerning sex life and the likes. This site will be your day to day guide as it answers and corrects false beliefs about sex and it's related concerns. The practicability of this site is very obvious it's like having a doctor in your house to answer all your queries. Fascinating, ain't it?

Confessions of a Shopaholic - a must see movie.

A Manhattan shopaholic (Isla Fisher) whose buying sprees have buried her in immense debt lands a columnist gig dishing out financial advice in this Touchstone comedy based on Sophie Kinsella's series of books. P.J. Hogan (My Best Friend's Wedding) directs, with producing duties being handled by Jerry Bruckheimer. Rebecca Bloomwood (Fisher) can't seem to break her habit for making impulsive purchases, and while she's always decked out in the latest styles, her credit card bills are as thick as a telephone book. If Rebecca could somehow manage to land her dream job at a high-profile fashion magazine, perhaps she could transform what is now a simple addiction into something that could really benefit her professionally. When Rebecca becomes an advice columnist at a financial magazine published by the same company as her favorite fashion magazine, her fresh approach strikes a chord with readers and she quickly becomes the toast of the town. Meanwhile, her bank account is still bone dry, wreaking havoc on her love life and placing her career in jeopardy. As Rebecca teeters on the brink of bankruptcy, she gradually begins to reassess her priorities in life. Joan Cusack, John Goodman, Hugh Dancy, and Krysten Ritter co-star in the Touchstone Pictures production.

So you're PREGNANT. Now what ?

The day has come! Wollah!!! You're a month pregnant, and you're kinda jittery because you don't know what to do. The questions. - What am I going to expect? Are there things to avoid? Will my pregnancy go smoothly?

Don't fret. And there obviously is no need to panic. Have you heard of the word prenatal care? Yeah... the word probably don't ring a bell in your ears and it may seemingly be way too foreign for you, but yes there is such thing as that.

Prenatal care is a series of program of care for a pregnant woman before she gives birth to her baby. Most women begin their prenatal care in the first trimester of pregnancy. Visits to the doctor occur about once a month during the first six months. The frequency of visits increases to every two or three weeks for the remainder of the pregnancy.

Prenatal care consists of much more than just monitoring the mother's diet and weight. Keep in mind that during pregnancy it is not just the health of the pregnant woman that must be watched, but also the health of the unborn baby. Maternal difficulties such as diabetes (which can develop as a result of being pregnant even if diabetes was not present before- "hmmm... i should know these since I'm a nurse. jejeje.."), insufficient weight gain, and high blood pressure, if gone untreated, can be harmful to the fetus. A doctor can also monitor the baby's well being directly by listening to the fetal heartbeat, checking the size and positioning of the uterus and fetus, and testing for various abnormalities. Some conditions, if detected prenatally, can be treated in-utero (that is... before the baby is born). In other instances, early detection can allow the proper medical facilities to be present at the time of birth to allow the baby full access to the help it needs. It is very important to receive proper prenatal care in order to ensure the health of both you and your baby., whew! I'm glad I did well in my maternity nursing subjects!

Now for none medically well versed preggy moms, some stages in
pregnancy may quite appear traumatic for them. Apparently others have hard time adjusting to the various physiological, anatomical and psychological changes occuring while one is pregnant.

All these then makes this site; parentsconnect.com very useful and beneficial for those first time moms and a..ah.. first time dads as well, for them to be able to understand more the nature of pregnancy and adjusts easily to the changes that they need to go through. So for those who wants to know more about all these. The site is just few clicks away. Check it out.

Oxygen Affects Sports Performance

My cousin is an athlete. At one time, I had the chance of watching him during his training. I can’t believe at how and where he got all those energy needed during the entire training. I could have been collapsed just right after few minutes of that kind of training. Of course, their determination and dreams are the greatest factors that keep them going.
.
During their training, it is believed that a brief blast of oxygen is needed to allow you flush some of the impurities from your body, clear your mind, and eliminate some of that sluggish feeling that many of us have. Oxygen intake has the biggest role in athletic sports performance such as; in training harder, training longer and recovering faster. The best source for sports oxygen (or oxygen for sports ) that I have found is www.oxygen4energy.com. Check on it.

I received a call from my brother in US, he have been updating me with what's new in this field blah blah blah! He was talking about upgrading his mobile phone, his laptop and his car. WHAT? So what's about this car upgrading thing??? Fascinating. Indeed, that it really caught my attention.

He (my bro) said that he had just upgraded his car and what a big help it really was. He was talking to me about air induction and oxygen and its relationship to help enhance the performance of a car. He actually mentioned about turbocharger and turbo professionals - and the way I'm listening, these thing he's telling me seems to be very interesting. He said that air induction is actually a major component in every auto mobile and that oxygen he added is a major factor in every automotive performance. He further explained that by forcing air into the system either with a supercharger or turbocharger the horsepower, torque and other automotive components can be tremendously improved.

Where in the world could he have possibly learn all these? That's when he told me to check out the site - turbochargerpros.com , this site actually features all we want to know about air induction in automobiles and the likes. Worlds' Biggest Dog - HERCULES

Hercules: The World's Biggest Dog Ever According to Guinness World Records

Hercules was recently awarded the honorable distinction of Worlds Biggest Dog by Guinness World Records. Hercules is an English Mastiff and has a 38 inch neck and weighs 282 pounds.

With "paws the size of softballs" (reports the Boston Herald), the three-year-old monster is far larger and heavier than his breed's standard 200lb. limit. Hercules owner Mr. Flynn says that Hercules weight is natural and not induced by a bizarre diet: "I fed him normal food and he just grew".... and grew. and grew.

Best & Worst of the Oscars: Hugh Jackmania!

Oh, man, did you see that moment when that guy did that thing? Don't worry, we did. Read on and get the full story of Oscar's best, worst and otherest.

Best Performance: Even with the slightly forced "recession Oscars" conceit, host Hugh Jackman delivered a completely winning song and dance to open the show that totally made us forget they didn't hire a comedian. Showing off both talent and a sly sense of humor, Jackman nailed it.

Best Lyric From the Opening Song: "I would swim a sea of human excrement." -- Jackman crooning sweet(?)ly to Kate Winslet

Worst Transition: From the goofily good opener—the techno Reader representation was more entertaining than the movie—the show bogged down with that somber bunch of Best Supporting Actresses intoning like they were going to banish the winner to the Forbidden Zone with General Zod.

Best Brangelina Quip: Jackman drew our attention to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie before saying, "I don't actually have a joke for them, I'm just contractually required to mention them five times during the show." (Not bad; it's 25 times for us.)

Best Present: Copresenters Steve Martin and Tina Fey, who've been funny together on TV and film, delivered a hilarious tribute to writers that made us want to see them make another movie together. Or, you know, read something.

Best Reaction: Jolie looking totally charmed by her Kung Fu Panda costar Jack Black, who was onstage presenting with that actress from Friends.

Best Twilight Crossover: Rob Pattinson brought that undead charm of his to the Oscars, where it was familiar to Twihards and everyone who's ever had lunch with a Hollywood agent.

Best On-Air Design: Whoever thought to put Daniel Craig and Sarah Jessica Parker on stage together.

Best Reaction: Seth Rogen and James Franco's half-baked response to the comedies of 2008. Dude, cinematographer Jadocs Kaminsky was so high!

Joke Least Likely to Reach the Billion People Around the World: Ben Stiller's crazy, bearded Joaquin Phoenix impersonation was funny, but a little inside considering how few people recognize Stiller anyway.

Assault With a Medley Weapon: The top-hat-and-tails number with Beyoncé, Zac Efron and the rest totally summed up the year in movies. And that year was 1936.

Most Likely to Spawn a "Who's in Your Five?" Commercial: The Best Supporting actor nomination five-way was like a presidential debate without all the humor.

Most Heartbreaking: Heath Ledger's family accepting his award.

Biggest Showstopper: Wirewalker Philippe Petit, the absolutely entertaining subject of documentary Man on Wire, balancing an Oscar on his chin while a billion people watched and wondered if it would fall. But for a man who once spent 45 minutes walking between the Twin Towers, well, that's probably no big deal.

Best Commercial: Coming in just ahead of the one for the website that helps you earn $5K a month working at home, the Tom Cruise-Jimmy Kimmel bit was funny like a house on fire.

Best Make-Good Decision: The loud and fast medley crammed full of action and comic book movies, because let's be honest: These were the best things that Hollywood had to offer last year, and The Dark Knight (not to mention Iron Man) got robbed. Take that, Reader.

Worst Make-Good Decision: After that whole medley thing, the movie about the wrinkly old baby beat Dark Knight and Iron Man. Obviously, there is no justice…except that meted out by costumed heroes.
