Question: What is Acne?

Answer:

Acne at its most basic is a disorder of the pilosebaceous unit, or what is commonly called the hair follicle or pore. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, it is the most common skin disorder in the United States. Acne vulgaris, as common acne is known, is classified as a chronic inflammatory disease of the skin.

Acne is characterized by the presence of pimples or "zits", blackheads, and whiteheads. It chiefly affects the face, neck, chest, back, and/or upper arms of sufferers. Rarely you will find acne in other areas of the body. Acne varies in development from very mild to extremely severe.

Acne is a complex problem, but we are learning more about it every day. While there is no cure, many treatment options are available to those who have acne. It takes time and patience, but nearly every case of acne can be controlled successfully.

I happen to come accross an article about ome of the popular skincare company in the world. When I read the article I was quite fascinated of what it can do and the things they can offer most especially because most of my nephews and niece heve acne.

Typically, an acne treatment comes in the form of either topical (on the skin) or oral remedies. But, the skincare industry is jam packed with gimmicky ads and flashy packaging,(not with strivectin, though) so consumers should always examine the ingredients in an acne treatment and discuss which product would be best with their primary care physician or dermatologist.

strivectin is one of the more popular skincare companies in the world as a whole. Reasons why this company has prevailed among the skincare magi are clear; competitive and extremely innovative solutions for aging skin. Although the strivectin SD was originally formulated for stretch marks, it now takes the form of a breakthrough anti-aging facial cream and other skin care products

strivectin has actually this Kamins Acne Starter Kit. When I read about the product info I learned that they had clinical studies and tests to boost of it's efficacy. Told my sis already about this and my niece and nephews are definitely gonna be trying these products. Check out the site -> strivectin

TELEPHONE MANNERS

The ability to converse well is an important asset. Being able to talk eloquently in a pleasant and intelligent manner to people gives one an opportunity for friendship and chances for success in one’s life. The telephone is a part of modernization. Learn to use it properly in accordance to your advantage. In carrying a telephone conversation we should remember that our voice is the only thing that creates an impression to the recipient of our message. That is why we should do our best to make the conversation be as pleasant and as courteous as possible.

Rules to observe when using the telephone:

1. Greet the one you are calling.
2. The caller should identify his self/ her self first.
3. Modulate your voice and be articulate.
4. If you are receiving a call in the unit the best way to answer is; “Thank you for calling East Wing, this is Ms Gelito speaking how may I help you?
5. When you are the one making a call the best way to say is; “Good morning, this is Ms Gelito, can I talk to Ms Agustin?”
6. When a strange voice answers your call and asks; “Who’s calling please?” Give your name at once and never hang up the phone. It is only proper to for you to identify yourself. There is no reason to hide your identity if your call is a legitimate one.
7. Don’t slam the phone down when you hung up. Put the telephone down gently. The sudden sharp bang can be quite deafening to the person who might still have the phone close to his hear.

Leaving for a new place...

Guess what, we are just waiting for our visa for our migration at Abu Dhabi. A work as a SICU Nurse is already waiting for us there. Everything will hopefully be alright. When I had a talk with my mom she was actually excited too but was kinda worried on the kind of place that we will be staying there, the water? the electricity? the home furnitures?

and I paused and contemplated for a while. Yes, how about the home furnitures... Being new in the place, I ofcourse need to know where to get this and that... what is cheaper where? And my, so I thought I already have everything arranged, guess not.

So I went to my laptop, switched it on and scroll some sites about home furnitures. Wollah! Found one with a very very very very very long lists of home furnitures available in their store!

From the things you can see in the dining the dining room, to the state of the art entertainment centers , even a wide list of outdoor furnitures and a wonderful collection of Bathroom Vanities, office furniture and a whole lot more !

woahhh... ' told you it's quite a long list. and then I smiled, it turned out that with the great deals they are offering hmmmm... my worries are over, home furniture that is ? Yes, home furnitures they've got! Mwuah!

AND SO IT STARTED…

When I first met you, I know there’s something fascinating that would happen, but I never minded it.
I thought you were just a confidant and indeed you were good at it…
I have never planned things to happen this way-in fact you know that I was not in the mood for almost anything when we first met.
Neither had I wished things to occur in this fashion –

Until one night…

I happened to think of you… deliberate and deep
And then I fell asleep.
And in my sleep, I played with those that layman call dreams.

Sunlight touched my face, I woke up and when I opened my eyes I saw you.
I am definite and no longer dreaming.
Touched by a peculiar feeling,
Realization I sought.
I am already entrapped by you… And so it started

THE ENCOUNTER!

This has got to be the worst times of my nursing profession! I was so dismayed upon knowing that I will be transfer out to another area because of a very silly reason that I'm so busy with my extra curricular activities. What kind of reason could that be???
We are even actually bound to go for a national competition but I think, we will no longer be able to compete simply because our hospital can no longer send the rest of the delegates due to budget constraints.
